How do I import my existing customers?+

Can salespeople only see their own leads?+
Yes — role-based permissions let you restrict salespeople to leads assigned to them while keeping managers with full visibility.
How does duplicate detection work?+
MotorFlow flags likely duplicates using phone number and email, then lets a manager merge them safely.
Which lead sources can you capture?+
AutoTrader, CarGurus, AA Cars, your website forms, phone calls, walk-ins and referrals — configurable per dealership.
Does MotorFlow send emails or SMS on my behalf?+
MotorFlow logs communications by default. Email and SMS sending can be connected through supported integrations.
Is there an API?+
Yes. Growth and Multi-Site plans include API access and webhook triggers.
